This is my son's new tattoo. It's a West African symbol. (I was corrected by my two wonderful *cough* children..see comments.) I believe it has to do with awakening to a new you. He told me the meaning and it made me smile. It's on the back of his calf.

wow, I get NO respect from my kids.
isn't that the way it is suppose to be.... no respect from your kids, ...although, I have to admit, I have three children and they all respect me! At least, I am satisfied. and kids,if you believe different, keep it to yourself. MOM
I love it. It's gorgeous. It's amazing how guys can get away with big tattoos like that.
